A talk in the park (is my work any good?)
I just wanted to know if my poems were any good, I know thats a little crass but no one has said if there good and i'm not sure if i'm wasting my time.
This is the first poem I ever wrote

I don't know very much about poetry, so maybe I shouldn't really comment but maybe my comments will prompt some from people who know what they're talking about.
Your piece is formatted like prose, which made it difficult for me to read it as a poem, maybe you should try re-formatting it.

Thanks for your comment... i'm not much of a poet i haven't studied poetry... its something i fell into, so yeah it is a little hard to read but i wrote it down how it came into my head... i try not to do anything with it.... please comment on my other work if you wish... all comments are welcome...

Hi Richard,
I'm no poet either and like you sort just fell into it, however I did have a look at your work and I liked it. Like Foxy I think you should re-format it, although I thought punctuation was spot on which in my opinion is what makes good poetry.
Keep writting!!
