It is 'Beat Weekend' in London with many old goatees making an appearence.

There are big events in Hackney's Bullian Room Theatre both today (Sat) and Tomorrow.

Jeremy Hardy is the host for tonights event which will include readings, music and comedy.

Tomorrow afterenoon is the big one when Carolyn Cassidy (wife of Neal Cassidy and lover of Jack Kerouac) will be reading and chatting. There will be films, discussions and memories.
