"Knowing" workshop 4 by Fish

Didn't want to write a reply about this on the thread in general Fish, it's getting too depressing.

Just wanted to tell you that although you can tell it's an exercise...and doesn't have your usual polish. It's bloody good all the same. And kind of gives me hope.
