Hi Spag, I'm almost a bit nervous about answering this one but here's some stuff from recent Spurs sites I've written on strikers Clearly Heskey's not a profilic goalscorer but neither's Kanoute Yes I'd rather have Viduka than either, but if it comes to it, then Heskey and either Zamora or Kanoute would do for me in the striker dept this summer. Maybe there's better bargains to be had abroad, and I hope we find them, but it's no good me giving views on them because apart from the superstars who ain't coming, I havent got a clue, unless they're ex prem like pierre van, and yeah him and Kanoute would do me. I just think we need to have someone who we know can do a job in the prem, and laugh at Heskey if people must, he's won alot of stuff with Leics and Liv, and he could do a job in the Prem still. Here's a good shout from someone else abouth a foreign player Jardel is much better than ferdinand and is a player with absolute dominant air ability. A very good partner to keane. He got portugese passport and not expensive today (cost 18m from Gala few season ago) so to sum up assuming someone like Viduka is beyond us, Kanoute and/or Heskey, plus Zamora or Jardel we definitely need two, and one should be proven in the Prem, which K&H are. As for Hod, no I think he should go. But he will get this summer and probably till Xmas, so I wish him all the best, and just hope he learns summat about listenng skills, and gives some of our promising youngster a chance. Cheers Tony
