OTK?

I was idly scanning the local freebie newspaper whilst scoffing a pizza and chips for tea, when I happened upon the small-ads. I noticed there was a plague of abbreviations that I didn't understand. I've had this problem before. For years I puzzled over 'OTE' in job adverts, until a friend explained it meant 'on target earnings', in other words a little device to kid you that the job pays a fortune as long as you meet their expectations (probably an impossibility). There were many others I didn't understand, especially in the housing adverts and personal ads. There's one that caught my eye in this paper, purely because it had large lettering. It read;

GORGEOUS BLONDE

Thigh boots.

OTK role play

01279 xxxxxx

9am - 7pm

So what the hell is OTK? And why would this stunning example of womanhood be indulging in it on a bloody motorway, and all day at that?
