What was that????
Just walking up Camden High St. when I heard a siren coming up behind me. No probs I just assumed it was another police car racing to arrest someone for protesting about New Labour and its leader. But what zoomed past was something out of CSI Miami. It was a jet black Humvee with blue lights flashing and DTM in brushed metal in bold letters on the side. Who? Why? What? Kinda scary.

Heh, this intrigued me enough to have a google (well, it's late and the kids are in bed).
Anyway, I'm sad to report that it isn't some kind of new and Scary Government Organization, it's either:
1. A support vehicle from the german touring car champs that's ausfarted wrongly or
2. One of Ken's underlings from the Directorate of Traffic Management late for his lunch.
Wait a minute! The DTM comes under the authority of TFL and controls speed cameras and other spying-on-the-public-things which means it could well be a SGO.
Scary.
