Techy Help Please.
I'm at a friend's house and she has an old computer. I have had this problem myself many years ago. She can't raise the 'at' sign in computer speak. It is on the keyboard over 2, I do shift and press but there's a strange dot that comes up. I've buggered about for ages with no success.

Panic over! I have not got my computer specs with me and the dot was in fact quotation marks. So I thought, if that's the case if I shift and press the quotation marks on the keyboard what will happen? And "viola!" The @ sign came up. Dontcha just love 'em?' Computers I mean. God how they've improved our lives!
