I finally cracked today and blew a LOT of credit card on a laptop, I just couldn't take anymore of this sodding IBM. I am now the seriously depleted owner of an all singing, all dancing 2.2Ghz machine. Now do I read the handbook, or do I adopt my usual view of assuming the handbook is for those that don't know what they are doing? I still haven't read the camera book yet, which probably explains why I take so many shite piccies!

My Vaio, even though new from April, was very picky about what it would let me play on the cd drive: at one stage it only let me play Jimmy Eat World if I begged it to, and resolutely played This Is The Modern World and nothing else. But its fixed now.

was quite worried for a moment, knowing my wardrobe is full of exotic blacks, blues and, well more blacks and blues, until I realised jude was on about nailparts. the thought of wearing red trousers to the next event was quite distressing.

my nails are blueish/purple at the moment ... and not through cold either ... thru nail polish ... i am not sure about the colour of my nailparts... or evenwhat they are ... it's worrying me slightly ...

I know exactly how you feel.. for today I bought a new handbag. Not normally something I'd have considered doing at all.. but now I've got it I LOVE it excessively and my friends have all said how DISGUSTING the old one was! Which they never said to me before! Lucky old you Judith, my PC is on it's last legs. I now have no CD drive and the sodding thing has embarked on a campaign to drive me from the web. By this time tomorrow I may well have cracked and blown large quantities of money on a new one.
