when people say 'for definite'. WTF does that mean? I don't even think it is grammatically correct.
Also a southern thing I believe - when asking where something is like an object/place, people answer with the expression 'where to?'
e.g
the keys are in the living room
response: where to?
and the ubiquitious 'WHATEVER!' grrrr................
the word 'annoy' annoys the hell out of moi.
the phrase 'phrase' annoys je because ne pas way is it ein phrase.
people with foreign names should be deported/departed hencwith.
names like
Carl
Gecko
Hunstoat
Anti Jaqui
Rolph D'Artless
Mykle Jackson
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I think it's more a way of blurring the edges between married and un, gay and straight, temporary fling or inmate. After all if you're talking to a complete stranger they don't need to know your life story. And it wasn't so long ago that it was considered pretty low to live with someone you weren't married to.
I just hate the business connotation. Having a relationship with someone isn't always an agreement or contract is it.
