Tony Blair in heart scare
He has a condition know as SVT.
supra-ventricular tachycardia.
And thats not something Mary Poppins would say.
I'm surprised he hasnt had a full blown coronary.
they FOUND one?
Who do you think is the best PM since Churchill, then, Spag. Given that Attlee has to count as pre-Churchill, I don't think it's claiming much, to be honest.
Er none of them. And to me Churchill was only good as a leader in War. His policies and the way he ran this country in the ground proves my point. Any Conservative leader goes down as nto worthy of a mention even Churchill.
I applaud Winston for winning the war for us. But as a PM i dont think his government was run very well.
And Tony Blair is a tory in labour guise. I championed Tony Blair at first but he is crippling this country. Though, I'd rather labour stayed in power no matter what. Thank God for IDS
Thats my view on politics.

Tony Blair PM: I'm tory plan B
The doctors told him to take 24 hours rest. Great, I thought, do you good, mate. But I hear on the radio today that he's "scheduled a day of light meetings". Erm, Tone, how is that taking a day off?
d.beswetherick.
Not sure, maybe it's a day of meetings with top figures from the world of light entertainment.
Des O'Connor in the morning, Ben Elton in the afternoon, Cilla Black in the evening.
That should take his mind off his troubles.
what I wonder is
If he wasn't prime minister, how long would he have had to wait for his diagnosis and treatment?
It all seemed to go pretty easily for him, I wonder if it's like that for everyone?
he spent 6 hrs in hospital i heard ... did he spend five of that in the A&E waiting room like the rest of us do?
not that i think it's spin of any kind...but he managed to take old gordy brown off the front pages, after he had a great few weeks
oh and that story about diana knowing she was going to be killed...
get well soon tone....
Lol jayarebee that's too funny
Apparently he is 100% over the scare. The fool is going on a regional tour this week and will resume work on Tuesday. No wonder he had a heart attack.
Hey tony. dont agree with you on Blair but good to hear from you.
Tony I was born in '75. I remember Thatcher from the age of about Eight onwards. I lived through some of her reign. I also know that you cant think that a guy is a good PM just cause the ones before sucked.
well i was born in 64, and lived through (sufferered) margaret thatchers rule... and it was a rule. The problem i have presently, is ascertaining any difference bewteen thatcher and blair.
