Where is my gorgeous trumpet?
... and have just had a email to say that "moth" has been accepted for a beautiful little online mag called "stirring"
http://www.sundress.net/stirring
and will be in the december issue ... have been toing and froing with a couple of poems with them but they took moth straight away ...
*happy fish*
And who might that be, Alison dear?
Stirring news indeed. Well done, honeybone. Well done, indeed.
look south sweetheart, look south!
Congrats, cough drops.
Well done.
*blows trumpet*
Well done, Fishcake!
here i am...
*grasps gorgeous trumpet gleefully and give two mighty toots*
was it your trumpet you were blowing in 'Moth', fish?
Eddie!!
*shocked and flabbergasted*
There was drink involved. So you didn't like my gorgeous sauce, Andrea? I thought it was a poem about a trumpet and a moth. It's all subjective, after all.
Hmmm, the mind works in mysterious ways, eh Eddie?
*pretending not to hear eddie's moth trumpet remark*
just thought you all might be interested to read this quote that has just come into the CAMRAW office from a devoted fan ...
it is about bob dylan ...
"Unlike most rock or pop idles, Dylan's women were rarely the skinny 'Barbie Doll' sort of women. Oh no, he liked 'em with "Dirty long hair hanging all over the place". He liked a 'real woman' whom he could talk to, and who could act as his muse."
*gives bob dylan the CAMRAW kitemark*
all fleshy thoughts are evil
idle pops mean no momma bread
(sic) fans should be denoted
devoted implies idolisation
but there again...
idle eyes ation is perhaps appropriate
yours in uniform
the watch
tick
tick

Still no news about the CAMRAW Good Woman Guide.
sorry tom ... it's being compiled at the moment ... there is only one entry so far ...
