Happiness!!

Dear All

I have been deliriously happy all day. There is absolutely no real reason for this. Nothing great has happened in particular today. Just a pleasure in living and knowing that everything is excellent in my little world at the moment.

My partner Jane is well on the mend after her illness, I am sill not smoking and am taking up Flamenco and Spanish classes.

I feel euphoric.

Do we find happiness or does it just explode when we are not looking?

Is it the same as sadness?
