Happiness..
I have put this on the 'discuss writing' thread as well in error: Ooh well.
Dear All
I have been deliriously happy all day. There is absolutely no real reason for this. Nothing great has happened in particular today. Just a pleasure in living and knowing that everything is excellent in my little world at the moment.
My partner Jane is well on the mend after her illness, I am sill not smoking and am taking up Flamenco and Spanish classes.
I feel euphoric.
Do we find happiness or does it just explode when we are not looking?
Is it the same as sadness?

Well done for at least noticing you were happy. Normally I'm happy until i remember i have to get dressed and leave the house. then I tend to get sadder until i get back home.

I have those days sometimes, Ralph! Usually after I eat a lot of sugar and fruit while I've gotten plenty of sleep and it's a beautiful day! (That's kinda hard to come by in Kansas, ya know.)
