Sorry Flash, It was a tip... don't write seemed to be the all encompassing answer to any writing question... at least it did 21:05 on the 10/9/03 :-) I was reading through some work and lost the plot! [%sig%]

Know what you mean; first you get the idea that you could actually write a story or poem. Then, before you know it, you're on the computer late into the night whilst your partner's long gone to bed, you tailor your reading to what you think might help you write, you give up hobbies and stop watching TV, you spend your work time thinking up plots or rhyming couplets, you're prepared to do almost anything that might get you a story at the end of it, you spend hours on the internet trying to ensure background details are authentic. And a lot of the time you end up with crap. But, just sometimes, you don't! [%sig%]

And I thought it was just me!....
