After the gaurdians recent reports of the human rights abuse against prisoners in UK establishments with mental health problems all be it mild ones. We urge citizens of the UK to stand up and look out for these people. To make sute they are not being maltretaed and there voice is heard. There are many nelson mandellas laguishing in british hospitals and prisons who have had there human rights eroded under the name of mental health. Resaerch shows this could be stopped if we all looked out for these people and stood up. The Uk stands for justice and we shall lead justice in to every part of our society and stop these abuses in regional areas of the UK. Over a three year perdion i witnessed human rights abuse that can be compared to the nazis and there genocide of the jews in ww2. tomorrow i get sentenced myself and when the full story is heard it spells series human rights abuse and must be looked at. As a writer, person, charity worker and Uk citizen i feel what i am saying should be looked at more closely. I do not wnat to be murdered in a scottish prison nor do i want my true gender to be disqualified by scottish sexists and bigots. These poeple should never have charged me with these offences and it is a liberty from start to begining and smells of bigotry sexism and social corruption within Glasgow.

Main research pointed to a broadnetwork of glasgow services networking up to administer and persecute people with mental health problems in the Glasgow area, which is still ongoing. Just because the glaswegian services workers might take offence to a persons sexuality gender mental health status religion or colour does not give them the right in the UK, nor europe to persecute, cover up and devalue a persons civil liberties.

My own civil liberties through trying to seek help for mental health issues where eroded in Glasgow that much i was driven to the act which i am getting sentenced for tomorrow. It was wrong but any other sentence rather than a community based one will be infringing my human rights on a massive level. I have had to keep doing this on the site to try and bring attention to my plight as i believe that when the full story is heard people will see what they have done and what is continuessly being done around these agendas.

in hindsight and after ditching the glass of red wine for a cup of earl grey i relaise that the post was bit presumptious, like most of my posts written over the last year, obvioulsey i can not say with 100% that there are mnay prisoners of concience in the UK, because i do not know, but i dare say there are a few. I can not say with any authority either that glasgow coucil is full of bad people and people who have no inclination for civil liberties and human rights. It is wrong to presume this. It was also wrong to try and tar any one organisation as human right abusers. It's just been everything least including the pressure of the last eighteen months. I dare say it is coming to an end one way or the other tomorrow,as some will be glad to hear *sees forums all saying yipeee*. Even if i get a community sentence i won't mention this subject ever again on this site, as there will be no need to. I would like to keep the self harm-humanrights thing going but in a different way. So this is really it, i kid you not. I do apologise scincerely to the scots for my rude vocabulary and everyone *as usual* probably in the future it will be me stephen d the transgendered poet writing words of 'lets be free'. Gawd, what have i become. What does the world know about me ? I hold no shame because i do not believe i walk a shameful road in life. I know to apologise when i am wrong and hope the w.w.w sees this and not to tar me too much. Anyway *yawns* its lateish, i've got ten minutes left of web time so im just trying to think if theres anything else i want to say *ponders* mmmmhhhhhhh, nah i don't think so, just a general kind of *goodbye* i think although i hope not, oh last year taht remind sme someone posted a post that said lest hope stephen d doesn't goandonadnon about self harm and guess what s/he did s/he went onandonadnonandon all F******G year *blushes stupidly*, five minutes left sooooooooooo *looks at nails, sighs* goodnight r e a t e r t h i n g s t o y o uoy

That's why it's important for you to continue coming here and get it all down. I've been very tolerant when witnessing your outbursts because I understand how sensitive and excluded you feel. I'm helping you by reading what you have to say and I'm taking in some of the issues you are raising and that's all I can do for now. I don't know the in's and out's of your case but, if you do get a prison sentence, Stephen, promise us you'll load yourself up with pens, paper and determination and keep on writing. Keep an accurate record of you time and know that it is valuable. Hold on - have you been sentenced yet? Well - if you are in the slammer, then wishing you well and keep your head firmly on your cause.
