A little daydream: 123 ABC Tales: Tales for the commuter
How long does it take to read the average short story?
15minutes? 30minutes?
That is, at the least, a similar length of time to the trips made by train and bus commuters in London.
Do people read on public transport?
Yes.
Do people, generally, like to give money by charity by getting something of good quality in return?
Yes.
Does ABCTales have access to many many many unpublished but talented writers who would be happy to offer their work for charity?
Yes.
Would ABCTales like to increase it's profile?
I would presume so.
Is it just me, or does the idea of a book, consisting of, say, 123 brilliant short stories from the writers of ABCTales, collected in a book and sold for charity at a reasonable price at train stations, bookshops etc. seem like a pretty decent idea?
Maybe it is, and this is just a little dream on my behalf, but I hope you don't mind me sharing it with you.
