Newbie questions (and desperate feedback request)

Hi all,

I have a few short stories that I'd like to put up somewhere, the only problem is that most of them don't exectly have a story arc. Some of them barely have characters and none of them have a beginning, middle and end (one of them has three beginnings and no endings, for example). Is this a good site to post stuff like this, or does anyone know of anywhere I could go to get constructive criticism other than sending them off to magazines?

I was also hoping someone could give me some feedback on any of the poetry I've posted? I'm living in a feedback vacuum and it's got to the point where I honestly have no idea if they're any good... Any opinions welcome!
