Having read this book I can seriously recommend it to you all. It's an extraordinary ride through the upheavals of a very disturbed young man.
I have now met Jason on a number of occasions and the effect that writing this book has had upon him is quite incredible. He gets letters every day from people who say it has changed their life - and I can quite believe it. It taught me a lot about manic depression and to get it direct and unexpurgated from the horse's mouth taught me more than a million pages from 'experts' ever would.

This book looks quite good if i wasn't continually skint and could get a credit card i would buy it.
