Word count!
I have recently been revising all of my stories on ABC Tales, but am having problems with the word coun on some. My original submissions were okay, but now when I edit them, some exceed the given space. To remedy this I have split the stories into two parts. Okay, but not ideal. Is there another way around this?
Not as far as I know mate. Does the problem occurr if you edit and then save?
Yes, Scratch, I tried editing it in part and saving, but with my longer stories I can only input so much.
Ok. I'm not sure if there is a way round it Hulsey. The word count limit was set as a default to prevent stories with a huge word-count being posted. I think that the editors were coming under a lot of pressure and this was done to alleviate their burden but I'm not sure.
