strange book
Has anyone read 'A Sentimental Journey' by Lawrence Sterne? I've just started reading it, (the reason escapes me) and it is the oddest book I have ever come across. It just wanders around, going off on very strange tangents. I challenge anyone to have read a stranger book!!
Hmmm... perhaps that wasn't such a good idea...I can imagine the odd titles you guys will throw at me!

I've just read "A Sentimental Journey"-it's great- one long waffle - puntuated by lots and of dashes. It's light years ahead of its time. I does make sense in a strange kind of way doesn't it though?
