If you want to read a funny, quick-paced rant then read this. The reason I enjoy reading styx's diary is the way it jumps from thought to thought and has a tinge of the sad and dark whilst at the same time seeming flippant and light due to the style.

I don't think all the jokes work, and in fact it is funnier when the joke is unintentional, or just comes from the tension between the serious subject matter and the slapstick of the every day.

Not sure I really enjoyed the imagined conversation between Prescott and Bush, but that is beside the point, as this is written as a diary and can do whatever it likes. I liked it.
