I wish I had time to.....

1.Write more
2.Read more
3.Start my own religion.

If anyone else has a '3' then post it. It is random, but in some ways it is practice.

1. It has been a slow word week for me. Joinging a site like this is motivating, but can encourage guilt when you don't have the time to put word to page.

2. I want to read what others have done here. Make my comments and 'join in'. I get 'book' reading time on the train on the way to work. But I have come up plumb when finding time to read and contribute here. My WMCG is working overtime.

3. I have always wanted to do this, I am trying to finalise the name when I walk in the cold. I know it has something to do with rationalism and being mindful of the unknowns.

1. Build a theramin 2. Watch the Korean movie my friend lent me last week and I still have not got around to watching 3. Sail around the world The sad fact is that I have loads of time to read and write but I'm too lazy to do it. No 3, is more a question of money than time, but as any economist knows, the two are the same thing.

nah..you'll find that money is a form of currency and time is a fourth dimension. 1. write and produce an album 2. figure out my central heating 3. die on a piece of rock in sedona There's nothing more mind-teasing than the incomprehensible eagerly avowed - Dennett

I seriously struggled with this because I rarely find time a limiting factor. Dan's admission that "The sad fact is that I have loads of time to read and write but I'm too lazy to do it." is a far reaching truth. Often when people say, "I'm too busy" or "I don't have time", close scrutiny reveals that they are too lazy, unmotivated or too disorganised. I can however admit that I wish I had the time to do another degree. I do have the time but not at the right time! jude "Cacoethes scribendi" http://www.judesworld.net

I agree, Jude. In the two years since my son (Jude!) was born, I've had no time to eat and sleep, but I have probably done more writing in that time than the previous couple of years. It's about making time. I never managed to write a thing when I was unemployed.
