I am a Brummie living in North Somerset who loves to write but gets distracted with other things. I enjoy horror/fantasy and anything that provokes original thought.

My literary heroes are Clive Barker, Stephen King, Edgar Allan Poe and HP Lovecraft.

Everyone should read George Orwell's Nineteen Eighty-four .

I have work published by AlienBuddha Press, Loft Books, BlackBough Poems, DarkWinter Literary Magazine and Paragraph Planet.

A touching tribute, Hilary.

A touching tribute, Hilary. It's certainly an intense period of national mourning. I guess that reflects the status of the person involved. God Bless the Queen, may she rest in peace and Long Live the King. Paul

I read this the other day but didn't want to comment until the song lyric issue had been sorted. I am sure a Rock Opera pulled together by Alfred Muggins would be a huge success. Let me know the details so I can buy tickets. Paul :)

I am not so sure that cancer is that interesting in a good way but your written accounts are always well put together and make for a fascinating read. Incredibly useful for anyone going through something similar. Take care of yourself. Paul x

A story time-stamped by the Pandemic. I visited Liverpool some 10 years ago (I think) and was impressed. It's alive with bars, restaurants and a cafe culture. Enjoying following this pilgrimage for a passport. Paul :)
