ABCTales Youtube Channel

It’s not Christmas yet but ABCtales already has a few present for you — head over to our brand new ABCtales Youtube Channel http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEqv-2OQ7QXdMkXjcDREV9A and have a watch of Tony reading ‘Grumpy Old Man’. Now there’s a stunning performance for you.

Just as good – and even more festive – is Rich’s rendition of ‘It Was the Night Before Christmas, See?’ http://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEqv-2OQ7QXdMkXjcDREV9A/videos?view=1. This is one of the best Christmas readings I’ve ever seen — Rich has got all the Christmas apparel, and the Bronx Christmas accent to boot. It’s his birthday so show him a little love: he just wants to help spread a little Christmas cheer (once you watch you’ll agree he does a fine job of it).

We’ll be uploading more videos and adding to our playlists as time goes by. If you’d like to add a reading, of a poem, story or even a song, to the channel — just get in touch with me — luke@abctales.com. You can either send me a .wmv for me to upload directly onto out Channel, or you can upload it yourself and I’ll add it to the playlist. Just send me the link, stick it onto our Facebook page or Tweet @ABC_tales and we’ll share it with the rest of the ABC community.

Enjoy!

WOW! Nice one Luke.

A great asset to ABC tales I think, really enjoyable Christmas fun.

First the UK, Grumpy, oh so true, then New York's  (Rich ) Santa, humbug indeed.

Looking forward to watching more from around the world.

And to quote scratch  "...WOW! Nice one Luke..."

Regards

Yes, Luke, you are to be congratulated on this fine idea.  Love it!  One of my poems was published by Goldust and it was read by the magazine editor at their gathering in London and there is a video of her doing just that.  I will look to see if it is still there but I wouldn't know how to put in on Youtube.

Well done though,

Moya

That sounds great, Moya! It'd be wonderful if we could put it up. If you find it, any chance you could email me the file? I'm Luke@abctales.com

Fingers crossed

Hi Luke,

It is still there but I've no idea how to email the file to you.  I know how to do attachments but how do I get it off the Goldust site?  I am a complete technophobe and easily confused.

Moya

Hi all — have a watch of this reading of Moya's piece, Seasons, here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJRjMwLgTdE&list=PLsJ9UmG4PL8PKrWYXMXj5qL...!

Keep tabs on the channel and on our playlists for the latest from ABCtales

smileyThanks Luke and great to see Tony and others on youtube, brilliant, nice to put faces to poems, e.t.c and see their work come alive. But I'm not brave to read my own work on youtube, unless I have my face hidden lol. But well done to all the bravies yes
