Curious? Find out!

I don't know if male orgasm is defined by ejaculation - what's the story, Kevin?

It's possible for men to have an orgasm without ejaculating, it takes practice but it's quite practical.

Liana - Maps of Africa - is it something a man does with his tongue? I'm curious!
Liana

no philip.. its the pattern thats invariably left on the bottom sheet after sex...
Philip

Kevin - I understand that this probably happens sometimes but how can you control it and what is the point? It is hardly reliable as a form of contraception.

no maps of africa... yum.

Eh?
Liana

maps of africa... you know... dont you?
Philip

Erm...no. Mind you I did go through an unreasonably naive period of not knowing what 'Voulez vous couchez avec moi' meant. I might get it if you make a few more hints.

Missi - Re faked data and women faking it: both. With Meg enacting the original prototype, naturally. And there is another way of viewing these results you know; in his case he could be engaged in premature imagination while hers may be a self-induced performance! Speaking of Tav - think it likely he spent his time and energy setting up this little gem, instead of attending to abctales? [%sig%]

Nicoletta - the solid argument was based on speculation and Meg Ryan's performance ? Or maybe results of Kinsey surveys? Wasn't the question why some women - maybe many women - felt the need to 'fake it'?

Tollam - flagellation with a kipper? Are you strange or drunk?

Well Meg was over-acting anyway. That performance only ever happens in the movies or some womans imagination. Maybe porno movies as well, but they would be scripted. I've held a mini-survey among the self-styled 'studs' at the pub and the consensus is that most women take the piss out of most mens performances to establish that THEY are sex-goddesses and the men are under-performing amateurs. This man-slagging thing that women do pisses me off big-time. I've known a few women in my time that were complete no-nothings when it came to sex.

Shackleton - which Russian trawler was this? I'm given to chunks of memory loss, especially where men are concerned, but this sounds interesting. Please give me your highly imaginative version of what was going on. Any eat-u-saurs aboard? (I just wrote a long response to your cry for help on another thread, then it promptly disappeared!)

Missi - That little joke was set up by a guy! Someone in the movie industry, as a matter of fact. So it's not some woman behind it. Unless you mean this one, for posting it! Think I'm into man-slagging to prove I'm a 'sex goddess'? Fair question. Maybe this is less than politically correct and sensitive.

No, I wasn't referring to you Shelagh, just women in general, and there's often a thread of that ilk on here, as I'm sure you know. I don't believe I've ever seen you slag anyone. The 'joke' about men lasting 10secs and women 3hrs is wearing just a bit thin with me, but then I'm having a bad-hair day. Just ignore me, I might go away.
Nicoletta

That was indeed the rhetorical question and the solid argument was, is and will always be that they actually do fake more often than they admit.

Gosh Nicoletta, is this the Goddess speaking? How do you know the answer with such certainty? In any case, I'm more intrigued with why we women do fake it, often or not. It isn't long since it was considered taboo for women in western society to enjoy sex. We've come a long way, baby, if now we can FAKE enjoying sex! What freedom!

George. A little tense? Do you need a back rub? can I brush your bad hair day away for you? The joke in this stupid link is the gross exaggeration for both sexes. I personally deplore the performance angle. Shows how superficial intimacy has become, how self absorbed we are, how little men and women trust each other. It's really sad.

everything has to go somewhere, that's the law - if you reached orgasm without ejaculating wouldn't it come out of your ears?

Shackleton! Grimsby! The fish and chip man! NOW I remember.

That link was very effective although it did I think illustrate the fact that many women have little or now idea about male sexuality. Women seem to have listened the small vocal minority of men who seek merely to ejaculate, and have little desire for the spiritual intimacy and intense joy of sleeping with someone you love. Women are great, but should trust male motives more. Female orgasm is fascinating and the effects on that site were cleverly done - the long 'shudder' was exciting! It seems to be the case that women differ in how long it takes them to climax. For me my wife's orgasm is extremely important and the anticipation of it turns me on as much as my own pleasure. To be exhausted making your female partner finish - that is joyful. My wife's record is something like an hour and a half. I felt like I had been loading a van with furniture all day. I cannot understand why some women would fake it - what is the point? If a woman is not enjoying it as much as she ought to, she should say something.

Is this Philip, my tennis partner? As I mentioned to George, the link is to a little demonstration set up by a GUY. He's the one who decided how long each should take! So it's his misconception, if there is one. But I agree in principle with everything you say, Philip.

I don't really need to look Shelagh, I'm sure it's something to do with the topology. Oh alright, I can't resist.

Having cogitated on this topic for a good 5 mins I've come to the conclusion that women 'fake' orgasms because they can, in truth they are cheating themselves. I never met a guy that could fake an erection.

Meg Ryan, perhaps?

I recall that thread where you and Nicoletta were discussing something about this very subject. Faked data, you think?

In the discussion with Nicoletta, or on your 'Meg Ryan' site?
Nicoletta

I don't recall ever discussing anything with anybody that was not based on solid arguments. ;)

In any case if the site demonstrations are correct, it only goes to prove that a man is prepared to give his lover a 'lengthy' experience whereas a woman wants to get it over with as quickly as possible.

It is he, britgrrl. I'm still on court, you know, tapping my shoe. If it's a man he sounds like a self-deprecating Ben Elton-style 'having a go at the Ibiza uncovered crowd' type. I suppose he is revealing the fact that so many discussions of sex are based upon pointless posturing. Men and women need to talk to each other - men should probably start though, like admitting that very few of us are hung like Nelson's Column.

We were hacked, George, in answer to your UKA question. Back up and running now, though. I've never faked an orgasm in my life.

Just goes to show his woman was a waste of time then Clog, doesn't it? By the way is UKA now employing Tavesty? The reason I ask is because the site seems to have disappeared since yesterday, and he was really good at wrecking websites.

Which Goddess do you mean Shelagh?
Tollam

Oh I'm glad its not just me...I've been trying to access UKA and its having none of it. It's left me out in the rain being battered by a rank smelling kipper. Any ideas what the problem is? If it's that technie again then I'm catching the next bus with kipper in hand! [%sig%]

It is quite possible for men to fake orgasms - sometimes you lose interest half-way through and you are just hard but there is no sexual feeling there. It is rare but it happens. Better to pretend you came, as admitting you didn't can cause problems.

Hi britgrrl. I haven't encountered you since I jumped ship from that Russian trawler. I clicked on both your links and experienced both the male and the female orgasm. Very interesting. I noted the incorrect spelling of 'finally' which was significant to the culmination of the female orgasm. I was a little disapointed in this incorrect spelling because I like to ensure that such things are correct in all aspects of lovemaking. Now then, where the blooming 'eck can I find your writings? I've looked everywhere. Pray point me in the right direction (please note that I'm not being smutty in that remark).
