.... become a publisher! I've just offered my services to the Publications Committee of Commonword in Manchester. Mind you, the only Commonword published book I've yet read is "City Secrets", a collection of rather edgy gay & lesbian Northern-focused short stories - what have I got myself into??!

Submissions should be sent to my home address; each page should be typed, single-sided and double-spaced and interleaved with a crisp tenner to ensure immediate editorial attention.

(Just joking, I reckon I'll actually be an unpaid proofreader, and I don't think they look for external submissions).
