ops & chops

I'm thinking of maybe getting a set of boobs made for me *crikey* but i aint sure, but, do you think all this ops and chops stuff is mankind going to far, although true to say, the romans where in to sex changes. but look what happened to them. Would any of you lot consider an op & chop. Does anyone think it is religiousley wrong to have one, or spritiually wrong. What would you op & chop. Any ideas ???
