That organization is described as a "drugs charity." Unfortunately choice of terms, I'd say.

I would suggest beating the parents with planks instead, for not warning their kids about such things. But this might also prove unpopular...

Instead of random drug testing, perhaps, they should do random plankings.

Perhaps the charity should just stop selling them.
