How can we instill honesty in the society

Firstly in the family by all family members
second in the school by teacher
Third by Government officials and office bearers
Then the children,off springs will not know what is dishonesty.Whole world and its members will build a family of different type.
Now without bribe,without spending money no official work,government work is being sorted out.I hope next generation people will enjoy the fruit what we do to day.It is not late.let us start now.
