Inspiration Point

Sorry to be Mr Newbie, but how does this Inspiration Point thing work?

I write a story as usual, and post a link to it somewhere?

The Inspiration Point this week is 'Fixing Things', do I post my 'Fixing Things' story under "09.08.13 Story, Poem and Inspiration Point of the Week'?
