Well, I'm not unhappy with the way the editors pick cherries - I know I've already been ridiculed for pointing out that I've gotten several cherries since I started - some people here don't like my saying it so often - so I'll say it even more often.
I'm really proud of the cherries I got - I worked for them.
I know that if some really professional editors did the choosing, very few of us would make it - including myself - see, I do have a humble side, don't I?

I am also one of the 'proud to be cherried' brigade. I get a huge buzz each and every time I get one. sometimes I feel that they are undeserved. And sometimes I think oh why did you pick that load of crap (I'm only talking about my stuff here) when I have written so much better than that. But I'm still chuffed to little red ribbons when I see the cherry banner above something that I have done.
