I lived in Worcester, MA for about 2 years next to the ghetto and your stories and poems make sense to me. You really capture the flavor of the bar, the mix of characters, and the obsession with beauty that the workingclass has. Movies like Grease, Saturday Night Fever are obsession, movies that people literally want to live. It's kind of scarry.
