Thanks for sharing this Harry. 'Results based' makes me shudder - and if I hear someone mention 'deliver' one more time I'm not sure what I'll do!

My own pet hates are 'monetize' and 'brand' - especially in the context of 'grow your brand'. I guess it comes from the inane and senseless 'grow the economy'. What... like you 'grow your children'?
