Can you define web stalking please? As far as I can work out, stalking would have to be something far more devious than merely looking at work and threads people had written for EVERYONE to look at and see. Wouldn't stalking have to include hacking and trying to look at pages on the stalkee's computer?

Given that Michael is quite impervious to sensible advice about how to post his work and admits that he's not interested in the site but just using it to get Google hits, why don't you editors stop cutting him so much slack and just delete this and every other misplaced thread of his? I'm not going to read or discuss your work, Michael, anyone can immediately see you have no idea of English grammar or common courtesy for that matter.

Michael Casey is a tedious and dull writer. But why want the high count unless he wants someone from elsewhere to read his stuff? Or does he believe that if he submits a piece to a publisher, they'll just Google him, shout "How many hits? This man must be better than Updike and McEwan put together, fetch me my chequebook!"
