I was talking to someone about crappy neighbours and he said that the best method for keeping your own neighbours out of their houses is to spray superglue into their keyholes when they're not in.

i worked in housing management for over a decade, and I still don't understand why people behave the way they do madness and badness are the only things that make sense for this

its a bit simple to say this, simplicty ina age when people liek yourself use pcs which are made with the most sophisticated technology..eg..we live ina sophisticated articlaute, semi intellectual world *coughs and contiues* i was makign alot of nois eat tiems in my flats for varuious raesons, masness or abdness is shit mate, by takign thjis point of view we belittle noisy neghbours and the comp-lex issues that might be making them noisy, by understand this we can go to help defalte the situations better and the neghbour might become less noisy allbeit this takes truly social type peopel to behave liek this but generally reason is never that far away form all people. We dont live in tiems of madness and badness anymore.. soemone might be being noisy for valid reasons and there outlet is noise, per se.

stephen i get your point, maybe mine was slightly flippant, but i have worked with noisy neighbours for over a decade (not the same noisy neighbours) and i can assur eyou that sometimes, noisy neighbours are being malicious and deliberately making noise to piss others off...
