a public apology

Dear Jenny,

I read your poem and realised what it related to. I am extremely sorry for all the offence I have caused. Please pass on my abject apologies to Jess. We had such a great time in Brighton and I feel desperate that I have created such a mess of things subsequently. I have deleted the poems written after Brighton and I assure you that nothing like this will happen again. I would be grateful if you could let Jess know that I have deleted both the poems.

I have learnt a powerful lesson and one that I will not forget.

I think you're both wonderful people and I am heartbroken that I may have made it impossible to develop a friendship between us.
