my previous work under another writing name has been lost

around 3 years ago i was writing on this site under the 'nom de guerre' of jennifer gentle (i borrowed the name from songs that i like). i then had a long period where i was not inspired to write and post although for a couple of years i studied the work of other poets at a very good WEA class in Topsham. Now returning and using my middle name as a writing name  and searching for my previous work i can't find it. I have the same postal address and landline but a new (well second-hand new) computer and i am not sure if my email is the same or merely similar.

As a poet and sometimes short story writer lost material online does not present any real problems as i always use a paper notebook first and am good at taking care of pen and paper hard copy. But what happens when i post work online? Is there a problem if i post earlier material that i may have posted before? I wrote Beacon Vaults Exmouth in 2010 and am not sure if I posted it then.
