Know it all, by Rusty Haight.
This is absolutely fantastic. Go read. Now.
Its fresh, funny, and fantastically well written... ooh, i am very impressed!
yes ... good one as JT says ... very well written and carries you along all the way with a building force ... for me it lost momentum near the end and the end itself didnt QUITE pull it off ... but a bloody enjoyable read ... will be keeping an eye out for more stuff by rusty ...
cheers liana ... liked the bit about baby leon too ... and the kangeroo related artefacts comment made me laugh out loud ...
Yes, this is a very good, funny story!
But he mentioned that the University of Kansas team is the Grey Hawkers, when it's really the Jayhawkers. (That's something only ME can answer!)
Really well-paced, very funny, very imaginative. A great choice. I think I agree with fish that although the ending was fine it did lack something although I couldnt tell you what that something is. Really loved it though! "Make sure to check your scrotum for lumps." :-)
very, very good. will check out more of rusty later.
I thought the ending was good. I liked it a lot.
Rusty has another goody.. its called "click here for title"... This maybe not to everyones taste, very strong sexual content, but bloody funny again.
Damn, he writes well!!!
I just discovered that person last night - don't know if i read that particular one. But I was knocked out by his writing generally (it is a he?)
There was one story about a man who suddenly grew a @!#$ which particularly captivated me. The way he writes - you could not censor any words out without ruining the whole - and that is great!!!!
I was so impressed I could not feel any jealousy. That's how I do my ratings on abc - the jealousy factor
(just joking)

fucking ada - they censor us on here???????
swearing is censored only on here.. not on the stuff in the sets though... or i think rustys "click here for title" wouldve been unreadable.
I am truly astounded by this writer... no pretension, cuts through all the guff with accurate representations of human character.. and SO bloody funny...
oddly though, a glitch in the filetr that censors on the forums wont allow you to write @!#$, but will allow you to write @!#$ -ing. as you spotted above...

Yes, & I had a good laugh!
and another as it just happened to you as well. The system is nothing if not inconsistent!
so what happens if I just type in a message here made up of various symbols, will it come out as filth?
*$@!&& you to all *&^%£@!

Just read it and absolutely agree it's a cracker. What a pace he's got. I couldn't read fast enough. The only disappointment I had was that I was waiting for the tripwire to catch Leon, Leonara and Leonard. But they were just red herrings it seems. Brilliant observations.
compelling, powerful stuff.. all his pieces. Though, must say the
finishing seemed to leave me unsatisfied in most cases.. somehow forced too early in the piece..
Good one.
will do liana ... i never have any gripe with your recommendations usually so popping off there right now ...
Funny Scary. Cherry.
