Okay youall I have a five minute recipe for boiled cookies, I gaurentee if you make these, people will beg you for the recipe. You just have to try this one I will not post another recipe unless asked. If you folks need me to send you a measuring set from the USA I would be glad to. I don't know how you measure things where you are, so if it would help let me know and I will send you one. I seem to be hooked on bathroom recipes, my kids named this one because it looks like dodo.
Boiled Cookies: (Boil for two minutes only or they get too hard)
( Total time from beginning to cookies 5 minutes)
Ingredients:
2 Cups Sugar
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp of cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tsp Vanilla Flavoring
3 cups quick cooking oats
Place first 4 ingredients in a heavy pot and blend together place on eye of stove and stir continuously. When mixture starts to boil, let it boil for 2 minutes only and remove from heat.
After removing from heat blend in last 3 ingredients and stir well.... spoon out onto wax paper in small cookie piles should be approximately 24 cookies
depending on the size u spoon out. Set aside and let cool... should be ready to eat in approximately 2 hours. You can place cookies in freezer to cool
quicker.
