Empty Statement

Sorry to flood this forum today. (I promise I'll stop soon.)

I have to flag the above. It's the first time I've felt utterly compelled to make note of a poem here. I find this working on two distinct levels. The irony of the poem, especially in the context of ABC Tales, is very amusing and profound to me. And of course, even this post is just an empty statement, so that's level number three.

i saw this a couple of days ago, and nearly flagged it, ty CC for reminding me about it. There is something about it that speaks the truth for a lot of people not just writers - who work tirelessy in the background while those more brazen take the rewards. There are couple of lines i stumble over, maybe it is the way i read them: 'Just I donâ€™t make bold statements' and ' What you see isnâ€™t what always what you get' But these do not detract from the message which to me is- Lifes not fair.
