Help!

Has anyone been offered publication of their poems by either/both the 'International society of poets' in MD USA, and/or Noble House publishers in London, uk?

Has anyone even heard of either of them?

I've been offered publication of some poems by both of them and the 'chance to buy' a copy of the book at discounted price, if I so wish, although both state there is "no obligation to buy!"??

HELP.......please!!

Pay for publication if you want. But be aware that 'vanity publishers' will not be able to get your book into shops, publicise it properly, design it well (on the whole), so all you'll get out of it is some books to give your friends and family. Expect no more than that!
