They should call it the CIandIA if its in Jamaica. :) Quite terrible what they've been allowed to get away with. It's undercover imperialism. Not to mention their 'alleged' involvement in drug smuggling and the crack epidemic among African Americans which doesn't seem too far fetched to me.
