comments on poetry
I was just wondering whether anybody likes to comment on poetry. I have submitted 3 poems and although I have had a number of views(which I am pleased about!) I have yet to receive a comment about them. As poetry is hard to write and is also not something that I usually do I would love some feedback. I do not mind criticism or praise. Please!!!!

With so many writers on the sight, its not that you get overlooked deliberately for commentary - its just there's so much fine stuff out there for people to read. I had been posting on the site for 2 months and placed some 30+ pieces before I got "noticed" and started getting feedback
I'll try and get reading and give you some feedback. Meanwhile, persevere.

Judith is right - it is not a question of people not liking your work, but more likely that it just takes a while, with the sheer amount of writers and readers we have on the site.
Keep working and don't lose heart.
(And, I keep saying this because it is true, nobody can complain about not getting feedback if they are not giving any. The more you write and tell others what you think about their work, the more chance everyone has of getting comments on their own. )
