The Hounds of the Morrigan

Richie got this from the library for me, because he liked the name. It is by Pat O'Shea, who was unknown to me, so, incase any of you like fairy stories and have not heard of it either, thought would say : this is now in my top five favourite books list. Even if you don't like fairy stories, get it out of the library at least and give it a go? It is funny and sweet and gentle as well as being poetic and INCREDIBLY imaginative (this sounds gymnastically adjectival, I'm sorry) I've just looked it up on Amazon and all it's reviews are five star too, so it's not just me :0) Can't think why it's not famous.

Anyway, if you are feeling down and cynical and scared, cheer yourself up with this book! And then give it to the nearest person, adult or child :0)
