I found this to be very insightful. I sensed the author’s malaise and it made me a bit sad. Also, I’m typically not a fan of the f-word (read it and you’ll know which one), but tizzme and maddan have both pulled it off nicely.

Hahaha...even funnier to read than to hear first hand! I love Tizzme's tales, I hope there are many more to come (and I hope that I don't figure in them, changing my initial won't work Mrs,) they would make a brilliant collection...'The Ponderings of???'

I'm really enjoyiing these, short and sweet and beautifully observed, and a really fun venomous edge.

Read both, liked the first better - I'm normally the one freezing in the corner with a scarf (and occasionally a hat) trying to convince all that we need another heater on. I used to live in Portugal, and in the middle of the summer, the aircon would be on full blast landing right on me. So I used to sneak a little blow heater under my desk and heat my feet. My collegues would walk by and comment on the strage warm spot around my desk, but never caught on... Both really good reads!
