I enjoyed this star trek homage, there are some cracking lines,

"I am only half Vulgar, as you well know, Captain

Due to a Trainspotter malfunction Yeoman Megan has lost her uniform.

I did get a little bit lost as to who Tango was, but the 'hitch hikers guide' humour kept me wanting to read on. They are a couple of lines that don't work for me, the one about the ears i thought lacked th orginality of some of the others.

But with some judicious editing this will be a cracking story.
