i didn't see the first two of these but have gone back to read them. An intriguing mix of travelog, current events and personal insights, with the added poignancy of recent events i really connected.

Ralph's diaries are interesting, perhaps compulsive in the way that Stxy's are, but I do wish he'd stop linking himself to world events - that's bollocks.
