CAN YOU EMAIL THIS TO ALL YOUR MEMBERS OR POST IT ON DISCUSSION BOARD.

N.B. Though this request is for Cadillac lovers, I am interested in hearing stories of people's love for their car.

The writer, Andrew Oldham, is working on a novel and is looking for source and research material on Cadillacs, especially owners of pre-1984 Cadillacs. If anyone is willing to help then please contact the writer.

Looking for lovers and owners of Cadillacs, especially 1959 Series 62 Convertible. Want to receive emailed pieces about why you love your Cadillac, where you found it, what kind of repair it needed, if your parents had one, your earliest memories of them, the touch and feel of the car, what makes it special to you, whether you met partner in it, if you made out for the first time in a Cadillac, favourite memories of being in it, how long you've owned one (what you tell is us to you, writer wants to get a feel for individuals feel about their car). i had a car is was the best car it was a polo its paint was a bright shinny red i used it to drive to town then some thugs shasmed it up petty bad and i to let it go.

I used to own a Caddy. It was a beaten up old thing with no paint, just grey primer. There's a ...... I've forgotten the word now, when all the letters of a word break down to form a sentence. You know what I mean, a way of cheating at exams. Anyway I forget the one for for Cadillac, but Pontiac goes like this: Poor Old Negro Thinks It's A Cadillac. I don't suppose that's much help really. I'll give you a few good stories from Vegas.
