Back again

Hello all at ABC!!

Have just added a new poem (Smile) to the site - the first for ages as now I'm back at college full time I never seem to have the time to write anything!!!

Anybody else have this problem??

I get home and I am so tired from working all day that I don't seem to have the 'Brain Energy' to feed my imagination!!

Anyway, I will try harder!!

with me it's actually the other way round... when i have a lot going for me... and i'm really busy i find that i start writing in what little free time i can find... i sat at home for about 2 months before i found a job after graduating... and went for weeks without writing... now finally on my third day at work.. i've started writing again (during working hours to be honest...) actually i'm at work right now... should get back to what i'm meant to be doing...

I'm same as you Jennifer. At the weekend, I usually write loads and loads. Weekday, fuhgedaboutit!! I think us writers shoudn't have to work or is that too egoistic? I've been told loads of times "why work here when you can write like that?" But obviously you know how difficult it is to be recognised. You can't just give up thinking you'll only make it if you stopped working... Nice thinking but not realistic.
