At this web site you can sign up for an email alert of upcoming events at the venue. One category is literature and talks, and there seem to be some interesting things scheduled, including John Calder talking about his experiences as a maverick publisher next week. There is also a poetry festival coming in October which might be worth a visit. I just found this site, so I don't know much about it, but it does look like it's well worth a view or two.
